Silver Wolf Announces Warrant Extension Approval And Arranges Shares For Debt Settlement
Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date for 4,014,734 warrants granted in June 2022. The new expiry date is now December 16, 2024. Additionally, the company has entered into debt settlement agreements with one creditor to settle $30,000 in indebtedness for accrued consulting fees in exchange for the issuance of 150,000 common shares.
