UBS Group exceeds the threshold of 5% of Inventiva's capital

The Swiss group UBS Group AG announced that it had crossed, on July 16, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Inventiva. This declaration was received by Inventiva on July 22, 2024. UBS now holds 2,674,367 shares, representing 5.10% of the capital and 4.08% of the voting rights of Inventiva.

The shares are held via different group entities: UBS AG (4.92%), UBS Securities LLC (0.02%) and UBS Switzerland AG (0.15%). This threshold crossing is linked to an off-market acquisition of shares, making the trading exemption not applicable for UBS.

UBS also specified that it owns 1,462,951 shares within various contracts, allowing it to be used at any time by devices such as the “right of use over ADR” and the “right to substitute shares delivered as collateral”.
