Results of the vote of the Combined General Meeting of May 21, 2024 of REALITES
During the Combined General Meeting of May 21, 2024, REALITES submitted various ordinary and extraordinary resolutions to the vote of shareholders. All proposed resolutions were adopted.
Among the ordinary resolutions adopted are the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, the allocation of results, as well as the renewal of the mandates of three directors. The total votes for these items amounted to 6,506,857 votes, without any opposition or abstention.
Extraordinary resolutions include delegations of authority to issue shares or securities. All these resolutions were also approved by a large majority.
The quorum reached 81.674%, representing a significant proportion of the company's share capital.
