Performance 2023/24: Growth and Records for Compagnie des Alpes

Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) announces a turnover of 1,239.2 million euros for the 2023/24 financial year, up 10.1% compared to the previous year. This growth is 8.9% on a comparable basis, despite the integration of the Urban Group since mid-June 2024. Identify the record results of its three divisions.

The Ski Areas division recorded a 13% increase, driven by an excellent ski season. Distribution & Hospitality posted a 5.5% increase, thanks in particular to the activity of MMV and real estate agencies. Leisure Parks, despite difficult weather conditions and the holding of major sporting events, saw their turnover increase by 5.9% on a comparable basis.

In the fourth quarter, Leisure Parks achieved a turnover of 238.8 million euros, up 12.6% compared to 2022/23. For the coming year, the group is forecasting an EBO of around 350 million euros.
