OSMOSUN cancels capital increases in view of the merger with Unibios

On July 16, 2025, OSMOSUN unveiled its plan to increase its capital in cash, facilitating its strategic merger with Athens-listed Unibios Holdings SA. Two reserved capital increases were implemented, totaling nearly 2.78 million new shares, intended for Unibios and other beneficiaries, representing approximately €1.61 million and €0.39 million respectively.

These new shares will be available from July 18, 2025, and will be listed on the stock market. This capital will strengthen OSMOSUN's financial position, helping it stabilize its capital base and pursue its strategic objectives. This move is part of the dynamic of combining their industrial strengths, opening up expansion opportunities for OSMOSUN.
