HighCo: Transactions in own shares from May 27 to 31, 2024
HighCo has published a press release detailing the treasury share transactions carried out from May 27 to 31, 2024.
Each day, 2,000 shares were acquired on the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market at an average daily weighted price varying between €3.00 and €3.10.
These transactions were carried out to cover the free allocation of shares to employees and agents. For example, on May 27, 1,000 shares were purchased at €3.12 each at 08:26:09, followed by several transactions hovering around €3.08.
This activity supports HighCo’s strategy aimed at motivating and retaining its employees through free actions. The ultimate goal is to ensure better overall business performance.
