Guillemot Corporation S.A. has released its report on share buyback activities for the week from July 29th to August 2nd, 2024. The transactions were conducted under its buyback program by an independent investment services provider.

The aggregated daily buybacks on Euronext Paris were as follows: 1,065 shares on July 29th at an average price of €5.9947, 1,176 shares on July 30th at €5.905, 156 shares on July 31st at €6.04, 1,056 shares on August 1st at €6.0189, and 1,055 shares on August 2nd at €5.961.

These activities were executed by the investment broker Portzamparc and adhered to the regulations outlined in MAR article 5. The purpose of the buybacks is the cancellation of the shares.
