Crossing of thresholds by Bpifrance in the company EXOSENS
On June 17, 2024, Bpifrance informed that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company EXOSENS. This crossing, effective since June 11, 2024, was carried out via the company Bpifrance Participations.
Bpifrance now holds 7.38% of the capital and voting rights of EXOSENS, representing 3,750,000 shares. This increase in participation was made possible by subscribing to a capital increase of the company EXOSENS.
The distribution of shares breaks down into a direct holding of 4.50% by Bpifrance Participations and a holding by assimilation of 2.88%. This movement brings the total participation of EPIC Bpifrance to 7.38%.
