As announced on July 4, 2024, Thermador Groupe’s acquisition of 100% of the shares of Compteur-energie.com,  OTMetric, and MyMeterInfo, was confirmed by the transfer of funds on July 31, 2024.

A big welcome to Thermador Groupe to the 7 employees of those companies and their managers, Thierry Dupont and Olivier Mogenot.
