Share buyback program completed

Schindler Holding Ltd. has completed its buyback program for registered shares and participation certificates.

During the period from November 6, 2024, to November 5, 2026, Schindler Holding Ltd. acquired a total of 703 995 registered shares and 1 739 751 participation certificates for an aggregate amount of approximately CHF 653 million via separate trading lines on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

To the extent that the acquired registered shares and participation certificates were not already cancelled at the Annual General Meeting in 2026, their cancellation is expected to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting 2027.
