Recticel joins CDP’s A list for Climate Change
Recticel is proud to announce that it has been awarded an ‘A’ score for Climate Change by CDP.
Recognised as the gold standard for environmental reporting, CDP hosts the world’s largest and most comprehensive dataset on corporate climate action. Companies representing two-thirds of global market capitalisation disclose through the organisation. In 2024, CDP scored more than 24,800 companies on their transparency and action as they work to integrate Earth-positive decisions into their business models.
Recticel’s ‘A’ score for Climate Change comes after three years of consistent and transparent reporting and marks an advance through two levels in a single year. The Group is particularly pleased to have achieved this milestone in the same year that CDP expanded its questionnaire to align with the rigorous standards of the CSRD framework.
Jan Vergote, CEO Recticel:
"Recticel is committed to driving real climate action. In 2024, the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) approved our voluntary net-zero commitments, and we joined the BEL® ESG Index. Now, a top rating from CDP marks another major milestone, reinforcing our dedication to transparency, accountability, and relentless pursuit of a sustainable future for all our stakeholders."
