Notice of the postponement of 2023 Financial Results Announcement

Due to the continuation of the discussions initiated in June 2023 with its financial creditors, Solocal decided to postpone the release of its 2023 financial results, initially planned for 29 February 2024. In order to facilitate these discussions and the emergence of a sustainable solution, the Company announces that it has requested the President of the Nanterre Commercial Court to open conciliation proceedings for its benefit.

Prior to the release of the full set of 2023 financial statements, the company indicates that 2023 revenue amounts to 359.7 million euros, including 86.7 million euros in Q4 2023.

Solocal will keep the market informed of the progress of the discussions and of the date of the approval and release of the 2023 financial statements.
