Availability of the 2025 Universal Registration Document (URD)

Ancenis, April 24, 2026 – Manitou Group 2025 Universal Registration Document (URD) has been filed on April 24, 2026 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force. It can be downloaded (in French only for now) from the website www.manitou-group.com, under Investors / Regulated information / Annual financial reports, as well as from the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

The universal registration document includes:

• The 2025 financial report, including the management report and, in particular, the Sustainability Statement;
• Information regarding fees paid during the 2025 fiscal year to the statutory auditors;
• The corporate governance report.
