LR Health & Beauty strengthens its management team with Martin Lipp as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Ahlen, 7 September 2026 – The LR Health & Beauty GmbH, Europe’s leading social commerce company for high-quality nutritional supplements and beauty products, is strengthening its management team: effective 7 September 2026, Martin Lipp takes over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and joins the Executive Management Team. In his new role, Martin Lipp will be responsible for Global Controlling & Finance, Legal, IT and Operations.

Martin Lipp brings around 20 years of leadership experience in international companies across three continents. Throughout his career, he has led finance organisations in the healthcare, consumer goods, automotive and renewable energy sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO of the Brazilian Correias Mercúrio Group. Prior to this, as CFO of the Schletter Solar Group, an international provider of solar mounting systems, he successfully guided the company through a period of restructuring and transformation and supported its subsequent change of ownership. He has also held senior finance positions at McKesson and Benteler Automotive.
