Lovery Real Estate Launches the Lovery Homeowner Program

San Diego, CA, USA, September 24th, 2026, FinanceWire

Through the new program, Lovery Real Estate is implementing a system to inspire and guide new homeowners.

Lovery Real Estate is launching the Lovery Homeowner Program, which formalizes the part of the company's service that begins after closing. Until now, clients have received renovation guidance, design direction, and vetted contractor contacts informally. The Homeowner Program makes that a defined, stated part of what the company does rather than something that depends on who your agent happens to be.

Founded by Ryan Fisher, a San Diego realtor, Lovery Real Estate strives to help all parties involved rethink the modern model. The residential brokerage model ends at the transaction.

That is also the moment the client has the most questions and the least idea who to ask: the house needs work, they don't know what's worth doing, who to call, or what any of it should cost. Almost no brokerage is structured to help with that, because there is no commission attached. The Lovery Homeowner Program fills that gap. What's worth doing, who to call, and what it should cost.

About Ryan Fisher

Ryan Fisher is a licensed California Realtor and the founder of Lovery Real Estate, a boutique San Diego brand operating under LPT Realty. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across San Diego County, and many of his clients are military.

Before real estate, Fisher played baseball at UC Irvine, was drafted by the Miami Marlins in 2010, and played professionally for six years. He does not talk about the game much. What he says stayed with him is the discipline it takes to show up every day in a competitive market.

Honing in on Modern Compromises

Lovery's buy side is built around what happens after closing. Clients get renovation guidance, project ideas, and Fisher’s contractor contacts, so they don't start from zero on a house that needs work. He renovates properties in San Diego himself, so the advice comes from projects he has done rather than a referral list. His wife, Liz Lovery, is an interior designer who runs her own brand and leads design strategy on their projects.

“Between the two of us, the construction side and the design side are both covered by people who do this for real,” Fisher explained.

They run two separate businesses, but he says they share one idea of what a home is supposed to be.

Helping People Who Need It Most

The people Lovery Real Estate most often works with are usually selling a house they didn't plan to sell. Probate and inherited property. Divorce. Pre-foreclosure. A rental with tenants still in it. In those situations, selling is rarely the hardest part. It's the part nobody in the family knows how to handle.

A probate sale has court authority requirements. A divorce sale has two clients who may not agree. Pre-foreclosure has a hard date attached.

“So the help is not encouragement,” Fisher added. “It is accurate information early enough to be useful, honest math on each path, and being the person who handles the parts they should not have to learn.”

Final Thoughts

Through the new Lovery Homeowner Program, the team at Lovery Real Estate is striving to meet people on their own terms and help them to find homes that work best for them. So much of the homebuying process can feel overwhelming, and it doesn't help when so many in the industry seem to cut ties with clients as soon as the keys change hands.

By building a program that keeps communication and information flowing beyond that point, Lovery Real Estate is actively working to recontextualize what the homebuying process looks like.
