HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA: HORNBACH Supervisory Boards extend contract with CFO Karin Dohm to December 2028

Bornheim (Palatinate), February 24, 2023.

The Supervisory Boards of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG and HORNBACH Management AG have extended the appointment of Karin Dohm as a member of the Board of Management and CFO of the two companies for a further five years. The renewed appointment covers the period January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2028.

Karin Dohm has been working at HORNBACH Group since January 1, 2021. Her areas of responsibility include finance, accounting, tax, controlling, risk management, internal audit, legal, compliance and investor relations. The graduate economist, tax advisor and auditor is also a member of the supervisory boards of Ceconomy AG and Danfoss A/S as well as of HORNBACH Immobilien AG.
