HÖRMANN to redeem bond 2019/2024 prematurely on 15 September 2023
Kirchseeon, 28 August 2023 – Following the successful placement of its new bond 2023/2028, HÖRMANN Industries GmbH today prematurely called all outstanding amounts of the corporate bond 2019/2024 (WKN A2TSCH/ ISIN NO0010851728) issued in June 2019 with a total volume of EUR 50 million and a coupon of 4.50% p.a.
The outstanding bonds will be fully redeemed on 15 September 2023 at 100.23% of par plus interest accrued up to and including 14 September 2023.
