STATEMENT REGARDING THE PASSING OF CLAUDE GUILLEMOT, CHAIRMAN OF GUILLEMOT CORPORATION GROUP

It is with deep sadness that the Guillemot Corporation Group announces the accidental death of Claude Guillemot on June 19, 2026.

Through his commitment and strategic vision, Claude Guillemot, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors since 1997, left a lasting mark on the Group’s history and played a pivotal role in shaping its development and building its reputation.

The Board of Directors is deeply saddened by Mr. Guillemot’s passing and extends its sincere condolences to his family and loved ones at this difficult time.

Continuity of governance

The Board of Directors will convene as soon as possible to ensure continuity in the Company’s governance.

Valentin Guillemot continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since July 1, 2025. The entire senior management team remains fully committed to maintaining the continuity of the Group’s operations.

The Company wishes to make clear that, while this tragic loss is deeply felt, it does not call into question the execution of its strategy or the stability of its governance.
