EURAZEO COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF NETCO GROUP

Paris, 15 September 2026

Eurazeo, through its Capital strategy, has completed its majority investment in Netco Group (“Netco”), the leading European provider of critical maintenance services for conveyor systems in vital industries, from Ardian and Netco’s management team. Netco’s founders have made a significant reinvestment alongside Eurazeo. All necessary regulatory approvals and customary formalities have been completed.

Since the transaction was announced in April 2026, Netco has continued to execute its external growth strategy and completed three acquisitions:

• MLT (France), a designer and manufacturer of conveyor belt splicing systems;
• Maferdi (Portugal), a specialist in conveyor system maintenance services;
• Arcabelt (Italy), supplier of PVC and polyurethane conveyor belts in the Italian market.

These acquisitions strengthen the Group’s offering across the entire conveyor value chain while further expanding its European footprint, in line with the strategic roadmap shared by Eurazeo and Netco’s management team.
