Takeover offer by Ipsos DACH Holding AG – Clearance by German Federal Cartel Office
Bonn, 20 December 2024 – infas Holding Aktiengesellschaft ("Company") (ISIN DE0006097108 / WKN 609710) announces that the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) today granted merger control clearance for the completion of the voluntary public takeover offer published on 7 October 2024 ("Takeover Offer") by Ipsos DACH Holding AG, a wholly-owned direct subsidiary of Ipsos GmbH and a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Ipsos S.A., Paris.
With clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt), the last and only closing condition of the Takeover Offer has been fulfilled. Therefore, the Takeover Offer is expected to be settled shortly.
