EQS-Adhoc: EUSOLAG European Solar AG: ISIN: DE000A3MQYU1 / WKN: A3MQYU: Direct and bilateral payment of 6.25% coupon for period 22/23

Frankfurt, 5^th June 2023 - EUSOLAG European Solar AG, a specialist in building a portfolio of photovoltaic plants, announces that the previously announced technical issues with the payment of the bond coupon with Clearstream Banking could not be resolved.

Accordingly, Company Management has resolved to execute due coupon payments for the year 22/23 ending on 29^th March 2023 due to the bondholders of the EUSOLAG bond with ISIN DE000A3MQYU1 2022/2027 directly, bilaterally and excluding the Clearstream Banking system.

Requirements and procedure
Bondholders who held the EUSOLAG Bonds on 29^th March 2023 are requested to contact the Company at bonds2305@eusolag.de with:
1) a bank account statement for the bond ISIN: DE000A3MQYU1 as of 29^th March 2023,
2) a completed form available on the Company's website ("News" section) as of 12^th June 2023,
3) a legally valid copy of an ID copy and/or trade register excerpt identifying the deposit holder.

The preparation of a vote without a meeting (§ 18 SchVG) announced priorly will be discontinued and not pursued further.

This notification has been published on the Company's website and will be published in the German Federal Gazette in the next few days.

The Company Management extends gratitude to the bondholders for their understanding and support of the Company.
