VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 21, 2023 / EnviroMetal Technologies Inc. ("EnviroMetal" or the "Company"), (CSE:ETI)(OTCQB:EVLLF)(FSE:7N2) announces that Mr. Duane Nelson has tendered his resignation as a director of EnviroMetal effective immediately. The Company thanks Mr. Nelson for his contributions and services and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Other Matters

The Company has granted 350,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.25 to a consultant to the Company. The options are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of the grant, subject to vesting provisions and granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
