with the acquisition of a majority holding
in the French company Quercy Réfrigération

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has signed today an agreement with a view to acquire 70% of Quercy Réfrigération, a firm specialising in industrial refrigeration, primarily for the agrifood sector.

Founded in 2007 and based in Moissac in southern France, the business employs more than 160 people in 10 agencies across the entire territory. Principally active in the French market, it also leads some projects in Europe and beyond. Quercy Réfrigération generated revenue of €66 million in 2025.

The company operates across the entire industrial cooling value chain, from design studies, installation, maintenance and repair to after-sales service for refrigeration equipment, cooling systems and their control, automation and monitoring systems, in addition to energy optimisation services.

As a key player innovative in the market and committed to environmental protection, Quercy Réfrigération holds several patents to enable its customers to reduce their food wastage and improve energy efficiency in their installations.

Thanks to its size, capacity for innovation and development potential Quercy Réfrigération will lead industrial cooling activities for Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, bringing new expertise to the division.

The regional networks and market-focused structure of Eiffage Énergie Systèmes offer considerable local development potential for this business area and will contribute to diversifying our customer portfolio.
