Dr. Ingo Mantzke, Owner/CEO, PeopleNet Capital GmbH, has resigned from his free of charge mandate as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Swiss Merchant Group AG, effective April 30, 2024.
He also informs that he has no mandate or business relationship with Swiss Merchant Group AG (CHE-113.428.313) or the Mantzke Family Office (CHE-112.690.937), both of which have their business address at CH-6047 Kastanienbaum, St. Niklausenstrasse 59, Villa Krämerstein.
