CDA - Transfer of Chaplin's World site operation

COMPAGNIE DES ALPES TRANSFERS THE OPERATION OF CHAPLIN’S WORLD SITE, IN SWITZERLAND, TO CHARGEURS

Paris, March 31, 2026 (unaudited figures)

Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) announced today that it has finalised the sale of its subsidiary – By Grévin SA – which operates the Chaplin’s World site in Vevey, Switzerland, to Compagnie Chargeurs Invest. All current staff will remain in their posts, with the exception of the manager, who will take on other duties within Compagnie des Alpes.

As a reminder, the Chaplin’s World site generated turnover of around €5 million in the 2024/25 financial year.

Upcoming events 2025/26:

  • Second quarter 2025/26 revenue: Tuesday, 28 April, after market close
  • First half 2025/26 results: Thursday, 21 May, after market close
  • Third quarter 2025/26 revenue: Tuesday, 28 July, after market close
