CNP Assurances announces the sale of its interest in iSalud

CNP Assurances announces the sale of its interest in iSalud to the founders. iSalud is an InsurTech specializing in the digital distribution of, mainly, individual health solutions.

This sale will enable CNP Assurances to streamline its European operations. The Group remains present in the Spanish market through its CNP Iberia brand¹ and keeps developing its business regarding term creditor insurance and personal risk insurance.
