Appointment to the Edenred Executive Committee
Virginie Duperat-Vergne has been appointed Executive Vice President Finance of Edenred with effect from 2 June 2025
Edenred announces today the appointment of Virginie Duperat-Vergne as the Group's Executive Vice President Finance and member of Edenred's Executive Committee. She will take up her post on 2 June 2025.
Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Virginie Duperat-Vergne will report to Bertrand Dumazy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edenred. She will succeed Julien Tanguy, who will leave on 28 March 2025 to take up a CEO position of a leading French company.
As Edenred's Executive Vice President Finance, Virginie Duperat-Vergne will play a key role in steering the Group's performance, particularly in monitoring the operational efficiency plan.

Virginie Duperat-Vergne (biographical details)
A graduate of Toulouse Business School and holder of a DESCF (French diploma in accounting and finance), Virginie Duperat-Vergne began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and then Ernst & Young. In 2007, she joined Canal+ where she was in charge of accounting standards, then Technip where she held various positions within the finance department for 7 years before becoming deputy CFO of the group. In 2017, she joined Gemalto as Chief Financial Officer.
Since 2020, she has been Executive Board Member and CFO of Arcadis, an engineering and consulting firm based in Amsterdam and listed on Euronext. She played a fundamental role in strengthening the group's financial discipline and balance sheet. She thoroughly remodelled the finance function. Finally, under her leadership, Arcadis successfully made several acquisitions, thus redesigning the group's presence in its market.
Virginie was also a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of EliorGroup between 2018 and 2024.
