AVAILABILITY OF THE 2026 HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT

On 25 September 2026, ALTEN SA (the “Company”) filed its Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2026 with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).

This document is available in French and in English on the website of the Company: www.alten.com/investors.

This document includes, in particular, the Half-Year Business Report, the condensed consolidated financial statements for the half-year ended 30 June 2026, the statutory auditors' reports on the review of the aforesaid financial statements, as well as the declaration of the person responsible for the Half-Year Financial Report.
