Information regarding compliance with gender balance rules within the Board of Directors
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 22-10-10-1 of the French Commercial Code, Article 222-9-1 of the General Regulation of the French market authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) and AMF Instruction DOC-2026-04, Accor hereby publishes the following information regarding compliance with gender balance rules within its Board of Directors.
Following the Annual General Meeting held on May 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company comprises 12 members, including 2 directors representing employees. Excluding directors representing employees, the Board of Directors is composed of 10 members, broken down as follows:
- 6 women, i.e. 60% ; and
- 4 men, i.e. 40%.
Information regarding the composition of the Board of Directors is set out in Section 4.2.3 of the corporate governance report included in Accor's 2025 Universal Registration Document, available on the Company's website (https://group.accor.com/en/documents-publications) as well as on the Company's website (https://group.accor.com/en/group/leadership-governance).
