Zvoove Group Appoints Otto Lepikkö as COO

zvoove Group has named Otto Lepikkö as Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2026. Lepikkö will report directly to CEO Oliver Muhr and join the C-level leadership team. His responsibilities include overseeing operating models, efficiency initiatives, and managing operating units. He will also oversee major strategic projects aimed at expanding the company's market position.

Lepikkö previously held senior roles, including Executive Vice President at Accountor and Group COO at Zalaris. With significant experience in HCM- and payroll software and leading business transformations, Lepikkö is expected to drive efficiency and growth for zvoove Group.

He expressed enthusiasm about joining zvoove at a pivotal moment, aiming to strengthen operating models and enhance customer value through automation and cross-market alignment.
