ZTEST Electronics Inc., headquartered in North York, Ontario, has announced the launch of a comprehensive strategic review. The initiative aims to explore a wide range of opportunities to enhance shareholder value. As part of this effort, ZTEST has partnered with RRico Corporate Development Company for a three-month term to explore strategic growth initiatives.

Leading RRico's involvement is its president, Ron Rieder, who brings over 25 years of experience in public company mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development. Rieder has also been involved in raising over $100 million in various forms of financing. He has been granted 100,000 stock options, vesting over six months, with an exercise price of $0.40.
