ZTEST Announces Grant Of Stock Options

North York, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 16, 2024 / ZTEST Electronics Inc. (CSE:ZTE) has granted 800,000 stock options to its Directors and Officers. These options are exercisable at $0.30 per share for five years. They will vest 50% after six months and the remaining 50% after one year.

The company also announced the resignation of Derrick Strickland as a director. Dave Barnett has been appointed to the Audit Committee, filling the vacancy created by Strickland's departure. Steve Smith, President and CEO, expressed his gratitude for Strickland's service and wished him well in his future endeavors.
