Zimtu Capital Corp. Increases Stake in Sceptre Ventures

Zimtu Capital Corp. has acquired 2,408,200 units of Sceptre Ventures Inc. at a rate of $0.01 per unit. This acquisition was part of a private placement offering by Sceptre. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.05 within a year.

Before this transaction, Zimtu owned 3,993,100 shares, equating to 33.25% of Sceptre's fully diluted shares. Post-acquisition, Zimtu holds 6,401,300 common shares and 2,408,200 warrants, representing 33.33% on a partially diluted basis.

This acquisition aims at investment growth. Zimtu may adjust its stake based on market conditions. The acquisition triggered the need for an early warning report per Canadian regulations, now available under Sceptre's SEDAR+ profile.
