Zeus North America Mining Corp. Announces AGM Results and Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

Zeus North America Mining Corp. reported the results of its annual general meeting held on April 15, 2024. Shareholders re-elected Jesse Hahn, Andreas Schleich, Dean Besserer, and James McCrea as directors. They also re-appointed Adam Sung Kim Ltd. as the Company's auditor and re-approved the rolling stock option plan for three years.

Additionally, the company has appointed Lawrence Cheung as the new CFO and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately following the resignation of Barry Hartley.
