Zentra Group plc Announces Unanimous Approval of AGM Resolutions

Zentra Group PLC, formerly known as One Heritage Group PLC, held its Annual General Meeting on November 28, 2024. The UK-based residential developer announced that all resolutions proposed to shareholders were unanimously approved through a poll.

The resolutions included the acceptance of the annual report for the year ending June 30, 2024, the approval of the remuneration policy and report, and the re-appointment of KPMG Audit LLC as auditor. Additionally, directors were authorized to determine auditor fees and allot shares.

Some advanced resolutions concerning share allotment and pre-emption rights received a favorable response of 85.23%, with 14.77% voting against. The company’s issued share capital comprises 38,678,333 ordinary shares.
