Zentek Announces Board of Directors' Changes

Zentek Ltd., a technology company specializing in intellectual property, announced changes to its Board of Directors. Ilse Treurnicht has resigned but will join the Zentek Advisory Board. She held key roles, including Secretary of the Company and Chair of the Corporate Governance, Compensation, and Nominating Committee. John Snisarenko will assume these positions.

Additionally, Lisa Sim will not seek re-election as a director. She too will join the Advisory Board to manage the intellectual property portfolio. Zentek is in the final stages of selecting new director nominations, following input from shareholders. The company plans to amend and resend proxy voting info ahead of the September 25, 2025, annual and special meeting.
