Zentek Forms Strategic Partnership to Tap into MENA Market

Zentek Ltd. has entered a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Al-Ramez International Group, facilitated by Saudi Excellence Holding Company. This collaboration aims to drive innovation and commercialization of advanced technologies in Saudi Arabia and the greater MENA region. The partnership seeks to develop a graphene production hub focusing on ZenGUARD™ technologies, establish a commercialization center for current and future technologies, and expand biotechnology research.

Moreover, the partnership will facilitate investments in the Albany Graphite Deposit, supporting advanced material supply chains for the electric vehicle market. Zentek is also seeking funding for Triera Biosciences Ltd.'s aptamer research and development, involving collaboration with Saudi universities.

CEO Greg Fenton highlighted the potential significant role in Saudi Arabia's Green Initiative Vision 2030. Zentek's international expansion strategy includes participation in the World Trade Centre Toronto's Trade Accelerator Program, geared towards enhancing global commercialization efforts in medical technology.
