Toronto-based ZenaTech Inc., a firm specializing in AI drone and SaaS solutions, has announced a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) for acquiring a second land survey company in the Southern US. This move enhances ZenaTech's strategy to leverage AI drones in disrupting traditional land survey methods.

The Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) model provides businesses with flexible access to drone solutions without the need for large investments or FAA certifications. CEO Shaun Passley highlighted the opportunity for scalable expansion in the $10.3 billion US Surveying and Mapping Services industry, which is growing at 3% annually.

ZenaTech continues to target multiple sectors, including government and agriculture, offering specialized drone technologies like ZenaDrone 1000 and IQ Nano. These offer precision and time-saving benefits essential for modern infrastructure projects.
