ZEAL Network SE Announces Special Dividend Payment

ZEAL Network SE has announced plans to propose a special dividend payment following a successful fiscal year 2024. The company’s Management Board and Supervisory Board will propose a basic dividend of EUR 1.30 per share along with an additional special dividend of EUR 1.10 per share. This proposal, aimed at rewarding shareholders, reflects ZEAL’s strong financial performance and capital resources that exceed growth requirements.

The total dividend, contingent on shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2025, would amount to approximately EUR 50.6 million or EUR 2.40 per share. This initiative underscores ZEAL Network SE's commitment to sharing its financial success with shareholders.
