ZCCM-IH Announces Directorate Change Effective November 2024
ZCCM Investments Holdings PLC (ZCCM-IH) has declared a change in its board of directors. The Industrial Development Corporation, the primary shareholder, has appointed Mr. Anthony Chilengi as a Non-Executive Director. This appointment was effective from 21st November 2024.
Mr. Anthony Chilengi brings extensive expertise in human resource management. He currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development. Mr. Chilengi has also held significant roles in various government departments in Zambia. His academic credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Mulungushi University.
The board has expressed confidence in Mr. Chilengi’s ability to enhance the company's operations and extends best wishes for his tenure.
