Changes in ZCCM-IH management
ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc has announced significant leadership changes. Kakenenwa Muyangwa, previously Chairman of the Board, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective June 6, 2025. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Muyangwa is recognized for his mastery of business strategies and extensive expertise in management and transactions.
His background includes key roles at the African Development Bank and various boards in the mining sector. His career began in 1987 as a mining engineer at ZCCM.
In this transition, Mubita Akapelwa will serve as interim chair of the board. The board thanks Tisa Chama for her service as interim CEO.
