Your Family Entertainment AG to Issue Convertible Bond
Your Family Entertainment AG has announced its resolution to issue a convertible bond with a total nominal value of up to EUR 3,828,297.50. This decision was made by the Management and Supervisory Boards on March 31, 2025, following authorization from the Annual General Meeting in June 2022. The bond consists of up to 1,531,319 bearer bonds, each valued at EUR 2.50.
The bond will bear interest at an annual rate of 5.0%, with a term starting April 23, 2025, and ending April 22, 2028. Shareholders can subscribe to one bond per share at a 10:1 ratio from April 4 to April 17, 2025. Unsubscribed bonds will be privately placed with other investors.
