Your Family Entertainment AG Resolves Capital Increase of Up to 10%

Your Family Entertainment AG (YFE) has announced a capital increase of up to 10% of its share capital, excluding subscription rights. The increase will be achieved through the issuance of up to 1,423,464 new no-par value shares, raising the share capital from EUR 15,313,196 to EUR 16,736,660. The shares will be placed with selected investors at EUR 3.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of up to EUR 4.3 million.

The proceeds are intended to enhance capacities in artificial intelligence (AI) and fund new productions. YFE aims to leverage AI to boost language versions and reach, create high-quality AI-supported dubbing, and improve the accessibility of its award-winning content through subtitling and audio description. Additionally, AI will allow the digital upgrade of YFE's extensive library to 4K resolution.

The strategy aligns with YFE's goal to consolidate its position as a leader in family-friendly entertainment, while opening new sales and growth opportunities. The capital increase is expected to be registered by November 30, 2024, with Small & Mid Cap Investmentbank AG handling the private placement.
