Your Family Entertainment AG: Capital Increase Strategy Adjustments

Your Family Entertainment AG has announced the premature termination of its planned capital increase. Initially, the company had secured Ascent Capital, LLC as an investor to subscribe to a 10% capital increase without shareholder subscription rights. Unfortunately, due to technical issues, the new investor could not meet the deadline of November 30, 2024.

The Management Board has decided to cancel the current increase and intends to execute a new capital increase of the same value within four months, pending Supervisory Board approval. The aim is exclusively to introduce Ascent Capital's series, Spirit of the Game, into the company. The funds raised are earmarked for innovations in artificial intelligence, digital platform expansion, and potential M&A activities, supporting the company's strategy in children's and family entertainment.
