Xebra Brands Ltd. Updates on Management Cease Trade Order
International cannabis company, Xebra Brands Ltd., announced an update regarding its management cease trade order (MCTO) initially disclosed on July 2, 2025. The delay in filing audited annual financial statements and related documents was attributed to liquidity constraints and management changes, missing the June 30, 2025 deadline.
The company is working swiftly to meet the new filing deadline of August 29, 2025. Until then, the MCTO remains in effect. Xebra will issue bi-weekly default status reports as required and aims to comply with all guideline provisions during this period.
There have been no material business developments since the initial announcement. Xebra remains committed to transparency and will continue updating stakeholders on its financial filing status.
