W&W-Group Appoints Matthias Bogk as New CFO
The Supervisory Board of Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W) has announced the appointment of Matthias Bogk as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective from 1 July 2025. Bogk, 47, has been with W&W Group since 2001 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wüstenrot Bausparkasse since 2019.
Bogk succeeds Alexander Mayer, who will take on a new role within the industry. Dr. Michael Gutjahr, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Bogk's capabilities, citing his longstanding competence as a CFO. The board also thanked Mayer for his contributions in strengthening the company's financial foundation.
