Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG Announces Termination of Bond
On May 22, 2024, Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG announced the termination of its 5.25% bearer bonds issued in May 2014. The bonds, identified by WKN: A11QFG and ISIN: XS1064049767, have a total nominal value of EUR 250,000,000.
The executive board resolved to terminate these bonds effective July 15, 2024. In accordance with Section 4 (3) of the bond terms and conditions, the bonds will be repaid at their nominal amount plus accrued interest on the termination date.
This decision is part of the company's strategic financial management, as disclosed in accordance with Article 17 MAR of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
