WorxInvest Increases Stake in Gimv Following VPM Sale
Gimv has announced the receipt of a transparency notification dated May 21st, 2024. The notification reveals that following the acquisition of shares on the same day, WorxInvest now holds 28.73% of the voting rights in the company, exceeding the 25% threshold.
Additionally, Gimv noted another transparency notification, also dated May 21st, 2024, indicating that Vlaamse Participatiemaatschappij (VPM) now holds 0% of the voting rights after selling its shares. This brings VPM's holding below the 3% statutory threshold.
The exchange of shares between VPM and WorxInvest, originally announced on November 30th, 2023, finalizes with this transaction.
