On October 22, 2025, UBS Group AG was identified as exceeding the 5% ownership threshold in WORLDLINE. This exceedance represented 15,574,033 shares, or 5.48% of the capital. This acquisition was made off-market, resulting in the loss of UBS's trading exemption.
A few days later, on October 20, 2025, UBS crossed this same threshold downwards. Following a sale, the company now held only 51,789 shares, or 0.02% of WORLDLINE's capital. This move allows UBS to once again benefit from the trading exemption.
