Worldline: BlackRock Crosses Threshold
On March 10, 2025, Worldline announced that BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of its clients and funds, crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of its capital on March 7, 2025. BlackRock now holds 14,095,911 shares, representing 4.97% of the capital and 4.30% of the voting rights of Worldline.
This threshold crossing follows a sale of shares on the market and a reduction in shares held as collateral. BlackRock exercises voting rights at its discretion, unless otherwise requested by clients.
Of the nearly 284 million shares constituting Worldline's capital, the number of voting rights amounts to approximately 328 million. This announcement clarifies BlackRock's current position regarding Worldline.
